
Coconut Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rice
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil and sauté onions until soft.
- Add rice and stir gently.
- Pour in coconut milk and water.
- Add salt and cook until the rice becomes soft and fluffy.
- Serve with grilled fish, chicken, or spicy stew.
