
Omo Tuo (Rice Balls)
A traditional Ghanaian dish made with soft rice balls served with rich soups such as groundnut soup or palm nut soup.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups water
- Salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Wash rice thoroughly and cook in water until very soft.
- Stir continuously to mash the rice slightly and create a smooth texture.
- Shape the soft rice into round balls using a ladle or bowl.
- Serve hot with your favourite Ghanaian soup.
